I really wanted to love these because they do look really nice, but as someone who’s on my feet a lot, comfort is a big deal for me and these just didn’t pass the test. After a short walk they started feeling stiff, and the back rubbed my heel badly. Maybe they just need some breaking in, but for the price, I expected them to feel better right away. Nice-looking shoes, just not something I’d want to wear all day.

I ordered a pair of boots from SOREL and they looked great when they arrived, but the sizing was off, so I had to send them back. I was a little rushed that week, so I was relieved the return label was easy to get and didn’t turn into a whole project.
The only annoying part was how long the refund took. I kept checking my email for updates because I just wanted it wrapped up already. The exchange option could also be a bit clearer. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just slower than I expected

I had to reach out to SOREL because my return label just wasn’t showing up, which was annoying because I wanted to get it done and not think about it anymore. But once someone got back to me, they were actually really nice and sorted it out without making the whole thing feel like a hassle. The refund showed up a few days later too. So yeah, not exactly perfect, but it ended up being a decent experience overall.

Some of the designs are really cute, but a few of them felt a little bulky on me. I was hoping for more simple color options too. Compared to other styles I’ve tried, these are nice, but...

I bought a pair of SOREL boots last winter, and at first I was 100% convinced they were going to be my perfect cold-weather boots. They were warm, comfortable, and the grip on the soles was solid right out of the box.
But after a few months, the stitching near one toe started coming loose, and the rubber got scuffed up way faster than it should have. They’re still wearable, so I’m not calling them awful, but for the price, I absolutely expected better durability. They’re fine, but definitely more average than amazing.

I was fully expecting my feet to be cold and soaked in about five minutes, but nope. These kept my feet warm all day, and the rain/slush didn’t get through at all. I was weirdly impressed, like genuinely ready to tell everyone about it

I ordered a pair of Sorel boots and was happy with them overall. I’m usually a little cautious buying footwear online because I worry about comfort, fit, and whether they’ll actually hold up, but these felt well-made right out of the box.
They kept my feet warm on chilly mornings, and the grip felt reliable enough that I wasn’t worried about slipping around. The only downside was that they were a bit stiff at first, so I had to wear them a few times before they started feeling more comfortable.
They’re not absolutely perfect, but the quality seems strong and they feel like a safe purchase if you want something durable. I’d be comfortable ordering from SOREL again
