"Excellent customer service"
The customer service was very helpful and find a great solution to an issue I had with my boots. I definitely recommend Sorel Boots!

"CS is fantastic and helpful but quality..."
I order a pair of boots Emelie - short lace. Fantastic material and design, and to be honest the is very comfy. BUT! After less than a month inside thought starts to falling apart - they should work more on these things such as material.
I contact CS, send pictures of the damage and they offer me to collect shoes and refund the money. I order another pair of a different model. Warranty on these is 2 years - so any problem contact them and they have to refund you money. This is way too expansive shoes to have issues like that...
They gave me 10% discount on my next online shopping ( its not a lot but at least its something)
Once again, CS is really fantastic!
